Some people need to see their coach in person.  For some of my clients, they just won't exercise on their own.  They want the accountibility to have their coach there and a scheduled time to ensure they exercise, to teach them proper form and technique, make sure they are doing things correctly, be able to ask questions directly and get instant help, and to take the guesswork out of their exercise routine. 

 

You may need motivation.  Having a coach by your side can provide encouragement, energy, accountability, and motivation.  You may also work harder in the presence of your coach.  You'll have help setting goals and create a plan to accomplish them.

 

While these benefits of having a coach are great, what really matters is why you want to change in the first place.
